Obituary for Lola Mae Chaney-Brown

Lola Mae Chaney-Brown, age 83, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 11:35 a.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018, at the Aurora Nursing Center. She was born April 23, 1935, in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of George and Hazel (Borrell) Wilson.

Lola was a clerk for the S&H Green Stamps Redemption Center in Independence, Missouri.

On December 13, 1991, she married Lewis Neal Brown in Kansas City, Kansas.

Lola is survived by her husband of 27 years, Lewis; one daughter, Debra Wilson and her husband, Walter, of Verona, Missouri; one son, James Logan of Aurora; one sister, Judy Roach and her husband, Norman, of Harrisonville, Missouri; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Her parents, George and Hazel, three brothers, Lee, Andrew and George Wilson and grandson, Jonathan Logan, preceded her in death.

No services are planned at this time. Burial will be at the Flemington Cemetery in Flemington, Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora.
